Thank you for dropping in to Peak View Pilates and Wellness online! My name is Amy, and I founded Peak View Pilates to share the transformative power and beauty of Pilates with others.
I earned my 500-hour Pilates Teacher Training Certification at Rocky Mountain Pilates Studio in Boulder County, Colorado, where I currently teach a variety of Pilates and fitness classes every week. When I moved to Mead in 2025, I built a home studio to further my own Pilates practice. Now I've opened my home studio to individuals seeking one-on-one sessions.
When I’m not practicing or teaching Pilates, I can often be found at a CrossFit gym maintaining my status as a recreational CrossFitter who dislikes running and burpees (but does them anyway) and loves handstands and pull-ups.
Pilates has become the perfect complement to CrossFit for me: while CrossFit builds power and explosiveness, Pilates strengthens the stabilizer muscles that support healthy movement and long‑term performance. The combination has helped me stay injury‑resistant and see better results in the gym.
Outside the studio and gym, I’m a proud military wife and mom to a college‑age daughter and high‑school‑age son — and my three dogs happily claim most of my remaining free time.
